Kevätretki - Spring trip: Finlaystone Country Park

Suomi-koulun kevätretkipäivä on lauantai 24.5. ja kohteena on Finlaystone Country Park.

Puiston sisäänpääsymaksu on £4 per aikuinen ja £3 per lapsi (3-16 vuotta).

Kokoonnumme puistossa klo 11 meille varatulla grillausalueella. Puistossa on useita grillausalueita; meidän alueemme on merirosvolaiva-leikkikentän vieressä metsässä (ei siis kartanon alueella), ja sinne löytää helposti parkkipaikalta. Jos et löydä grillauspaikkaa, soita Riikka G:lle.

Grillaus järjestetään nyyttäriperiatteella; lisätietoa grillausjärjestelyistä seuraa lähempänä retkeä. Merirosvolaiva-leikkikentän lisäksi puistossa on myös monia muita lasten leikkipaikkoja, ja kävelyreittejä seka metsässä etta puutarhassa.

Kerro kuinka monta aikuista ja lasta on tulossa mukaan sekä kännykkänumerosi (siltä varalta että tulijoihin pitää saada retkipäivänä yhteys). Kerro myös jos sinulla ei ole vielä Riikan kännykkänumeroa niin lähetämme sen sinulle.

The Finnish School spring trip takes place on Saturday 24th May and the destination is Finlaystone Country Park.

Admission to the park is £4 per adult and £3 per child (3-16 years).

We will meet in the park at 11 am at a barbecue area that has been booked for us. The park has several barbecue areas; ours is located next to a pirate ship play area in the forest (as opposed to near the manor house), and you can reach it easily from the car park. If you can’t find the barbecue area, call Riikka G.

This will be a “potluck” barbecue; that is, everyone brings something to be barbecued. More information about the barbecue arrangements will be made available closer to the trip. In addition to the pirate ship play area, there are many other children’s play areas in the park, as well as woodland and garden walks.

Please state how many adults and children will be attending, and provide your mobile phone number (in case we need to reach you on the trip day). Please also let us know if you don’t already have Riikka’s mobile number and we will email it to you.
