Kokoonnumme puistossa klo 11 meille varatulla katetulla grillausalueella. Jos et löydä puistossa seuruettamme, soita Riikka G:lle.
Grillaus järjestetään nyyttäriperiatteella, eli perheet tuovat grillattavaa ja muuta syötävää itselleen ja mielellään hieman ylimääräistä jaettavaksi. Perheiltä kerätään pieni retkimaksu (muutama punta, riippuen mukaan tulevien perheiden määrästä) jolla katetaan grillauskatoksen vuokraus, grillihiilet ja muut yhteiset tarvikkeet.
Puistossa voimme myös pelata suomalaisia pelejä (pesäpallo, mölkky, jne), ja siellä on paljon lasten ulkoleikkipaikkoja. Leikkipaikat ovat “luonnonmukaisia” eli lapsilla kannattaa olla likaa/mutaa kestävät vaatteet.

Kerro kuinka monta aikuista ja lasta on tulossa mukaan sekä kännykkänumerosi (siltä varalta että tulijoihin pitää saada retkipäivänä yhteys). Kerro myös jos sinulla ei ole vielä Riikan kännykkänumeroa niin lähetämme sen sinulle.

The Finnish School summer trip takes place on Sunday 21st June and the destination is Mugdock Country Park. All welcome!
We will meet in the park at 11 am at a barbecue area that has been booked for us. If you can’t find our barbecue area, call Riikka G.
This will be a “potluck” barbecue; that is, families should bring food for the BBQ and other dishes to suit themselves, plus preferably a bit extra to share. Each family will pay a small charge (a few pounds, depending on the number of families attending) to cover the cost of booking the BBQ area, the coals and any other shared supplies.
In the park we can play Finnish games (pesäpallo, mölkky, etc), and there are lots of children's outdoor play areas. The play areas are "natural", so it's a good idea to dress children in clothes suitable for playing in dirt/mud.

Please state how many adults and children will be attending, and provide your mobile phone number (in case we need to reach you on the trip day). Please also let us know if you don’t already have Riikka’s mobile number and we will email it to you.
